Meeting on the 2nd Sunday of every month from 7-8:30pm EST, this free offering is a 'YES to you!' an open group to veteran and military spouses. Each check in will begin with a mindfulness meditation, creative check-in, and opportunity to share. Tips and self-care information will be provided according to the month’s theme. No prior art experience needed! Just an open-mind and a curiosity about how to create more balance in your life.

Whether it is reading, studying, working, or learning a new skill, join us in exploring what ignites inspiration and motivates you to be the best version of yourself. Or perhaps it is even the case of "all work and no play?" Through mindful meditation, an interest inventory, and creative expression, you’ll join Wendy in focusing on what will make you more YOU by taking account of how to be more balanced in this monthly check in.
