Mindful Science and Art with Bridget

In this second session of mindfulness we will take a look into the bounty of research that shows us why mindfulness is good for us. We will then move into some brief simple art experiences to carry with us into our day to day “check in’s” with mindfulness. Keeping even a five minute mindfulness practice is shown to have benefits for your day to day life.
