Meeting on the 2nd Sunday of every month from 7-8:30pm EST, this free offering is a 'YES to you!' an open group to veteran and military spouses. Each check in will begin with a mindfulness meditation, creative check-in, and opportunity to share. Tips and self-care information will be provided according to the month’s theme. No prior art experience needed! Just an open-mind and a curiosity about how to create more balance in your life.

We’ve come full circle with this 8 month long workshop offering monthly sessions to check-in with ourselves and each other on how balanced we are living. Join Wendy for one last evening in 2021 to reflect and celebrate exactly where you are in your journey toward living your most balanced version of yourself. Whether it's your 1st or 8th session, all are welcome! We will dance, share, create, listen, and connect on all the work we’ve done this year on our own and together. Let’s celebrate! Bring your favorite music, art supplies, and a cup full of cheer to last us all till the 2022 new year!
