Mindful Moments with Bridget

During this mindfulness workshop, Bridget will teach you tools that you can use to help promote resilience, increase joy, improve health, and enhance well-being to prevent cognitive decline. You likely already have a deep knowledge of what you need to do to allow more mindful moments, maybe you just need someone to encourage you. With each session, we will add new practices you can incorporate into your lives.  You can attend each mindfulness session or come to one.
